Off-Season: June and July
Focuses on improving weaknesses, conditioning, footwork and building a solid foundation.
Pre-Season: August - October
Focuses on elevating conditioning and fundamentals. We push athletes to continue correcting their weaknesses while also preparing for the season. We also begin to work on team concepts.
In-Season: November - February
Focuses on maintaining peak performance and consistency.
Post-Season: March - May
Focuses on recovery, reflection, and fine-tuning individual skills. It’s a time to assess growth, address areas of improvement, and set new goals for the upcoming year.
